We are Chris, Stephanie, and Jordan, and we are the family behind, The Overlook. Chris works as a physical therapist, while Stephanie is a sales manager for a Human Capital Management company.

We were both born and raised in New York, however Chris spent 6 years living in North Carolina after graduating school. In 2018, he moved back to New York to be closer to friends and family, and shortly thereafter met his now wife Stephanie. We were married in December of 2020, and in August of 2022 welcomed our daughter Jordan into the world.

We purchased The Overlook in March 2023, and we couldn’t be more excited to share this wonderful home with you!
